Griffin is a 10-year old bundle of love! This sweet boy has a calmer demeanor than many Weims but has plenty of energy to play ball in the backyard, go on long walks, and romp around at the dog park. He lives for his daily walks with his foster brother. Griffin loves to be loved and gives a ton of love in return! He is great with other dogs and children. He is comfortable relaxing on the couch, napping in his dog bed, sunning in the backyard, or going for a ride in the car. He knows basic commands and listens very well. Griffin does not counter surf or cause any mischief while left to free roam in the house. He is a pro at using the doggy door at his foster family's house, walks well on a leash, and generally has good manners.
Griffin is a big boy who doesn't know his own size, so he probably would not be a good fit for families with small children because he could knock them over. Will do best with an active family who can give him ample daily exercise through walks or time at the dog park. Griffin would do well as an only dog but would prefer to have a canine companion to hangout with when the humans are not around. He is truly an all-around wonderful dog!
